Amanda is the owner of No Limits Fitness and No Limits Dance Company is a professional natural bikini competitor and has been involved in fitness her entire life. Amanda comes from a background of dance and has danced all over the world for production companies as well as working for Royal Caribbean cruise lines. Colby has been a personal trainer at No Limits since January of 2021. He graduated from Piedmont High School in 2019 where he played football and basketball throughout. Growing up as a kid playing sports and being active, Colby knew when those days ended he would need an outlet to keep that lifestyle and that’s what fitness has done for him! Colby saw amazing results and showed himself what he was capable of. Further along through his journey, Colby decided he wanted to give that back to other people and change as many lives as possible for the better! Colby is an ISSA certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, online coach, as well as strength and conditioning specialist as well as having a Pre-Script L-1 certification. Along with working with clients of all different lifestyles in person and online, he is also involved in the sport of bodybuilding competing in classic physique. Alli is a Personal Trainer who strives to help women gain their confidence in the gym all while becoming stronger mentally and physically. At the beginning of Alli’s fitness journey, she had no idea what impact the fitness industry would have on her life. As her love grew for fitness, she wanted to share that love with others. Alli is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through ISSA and also is an OCB Bikini competitor. She focuses on lifestyle and strength training. Her goal as a trainer is to 1. Push her clients out of their comfort zones to achieve the once impossible 2. Show her clients they have what it takes and 3. Encourage them to live a life of fulfillment. JT is a certified personal trainer, online trainer, and lifestyle coach at No Limits Fitness. His love for fitness started in his teenage years and quickly grew into a necessary part of his life. JT turned his love/ addiction of the gym into training and helping others inside and outside of the gym to better themselves. He strives to incorporate fitness into everyday life through habit changes, nutrition, and workouts. Helping you achieve your goals and become a better version of yourself is his mission. Whether it be learning form and biomechanics of working out in the gym, finding new foods to enjoy, or helping better yourself in nutrition. JT is certified through ISSA, and owner of PR Performance Training. He has transformed dozens of peoples lives from teenagers to older adults. Whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or both and everything in-between. Lucas, founder of Trilateral Performance, has been working with athletes amongst multiple sports, and clients from every walk of life, since 2018. Being involved in multiple sports throughout his life, while dealing with multiple health issues, he has always had a strong passion for finding ways to optimize his health and helping others find ways to do the same. Lucas began working with clients full time at the young age of 19, and has been committed to helping others improve ever since. Lucas specializes in correcting movement patterns, powerlifting coaching, as well as optimizing strength and overall performance, and does so through in-person training, online coaching, and Body Tempering, a unique form of IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization). Lucas has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Wingate University, and his Personal Training Certification from NASM. He also has taken the Body Tempering Certification course through CompoundPR, and worked countless hours with numerous coaches in the powerlifting and strength & conditioning industry. Above Average Fitness Alvin has been a W.I.T.S (World Instructor Trainer Schools) certified personal trainer for 13 yrs and has had a lifelong passion for fitness attending major conventions, seminars, and training all over the states. Alvin participated in an internship/apprenticeship under P.H.D status trainer for a little under a yr. Alvin worked as a contracted trainer in Ballantyne Resort via a joint venture with ProTrainer Fitness for 6 years. Alvin specializes in minor to intermediate weight loss, body sculpting, sports specific football strength and conditioning, and general health improvements. Alvin prides himself at being a motivator and having a vast knowledge in creating a fitness program that is tailored just for you!
